About Provider Noelke

Dr. Noelke grew up in Irion County, just west of San Angelo, and went to school in San Angelo, graduating from Central High School. Her family has been in the Concho Valley area since the 1800s. The Noelke family has been involved in ranching for many generations and continues the tradition. She has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. During her time off, she is often working on the ranch.

Dr. Noelke received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Montgomery County Medical Education Foundation in Conroe, Texas. Dr. Noelke is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Formerly an Assistant Professor with Texas Lutheran University, she practiced for many years in Seguin, Texas when it had less than 20,000 people before moving back home to West Texas. She has also worked in Ballinger and San Angelo, Texas.

She has clinical experience in family medicine, pediatric, obstetric, gynecologic and geriatric care settings. During her career she has often had students in her private practice. She passionate about teaching is ready to help the next generation learn the joys of practicing Family Medicine.
