• Training is a standard part of all PCT positions at Shannon, ensuring consistency in patient care
• Cost: Free!
• Must be Full-time or Part-time PCT at Shannon
• Service agreement no longer required
• Full support in preparing for the CNA Certification exam
• Certification obtained upon completion of the course (passing certification exam required)
• An hourly rate increase once you obtain your CNA certification
