Hannah Shine, DO – Pulmonology
Dr. Shine received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Texas A&M University Health Science Center and Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in Dallas and her pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Temple.
As a pulmonologist, Dr. Shine specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, conditions and abnormalities of the lungs and cardiopulmonary system. Lauren Walls, MD – Anesthesiology
Dr. Walls received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and her medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock. She then completed her anesthesiology residency at Texas A&M University Health Sciences Center – Scott and White Hospital in Temple. Dr. Walls is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

Cameron Arakaki, DO – Emergency Medicine
Dr. Arakaki received his undergraduate degree from the University of California – Los Angeles and his medical degree from University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine in San Antonio. He then completed his emergency medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock.

Jazmine Uke, MD – Emergency Medicine
Dr. Uke earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Woman’s University in Denton and her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She then completed her emergency medicine residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Gideon Nkrumah, MD, OD – Ophthalmology
Dr. Nkrumah received his Doctor of Optometry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana, followed by a post-baccalaureate program at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Nkrumah earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh, then completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Karen English, MD, FAAP – Pediatrics
Dr. English received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. She then earned her medical degree and completed her residency in pediatrics at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. English also completed a fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in Tucson, Arizona.
Dr. English is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also board certified in Integrative Medicine by the American Board of Physician Specialties. Dr. English has over 27 years of experience providing pediatric care to children and adolescents. She joins Shannon from Copper Queen Community Hospital Rural Health Clinic in Bisbee, Arizona.

Limin Yang, MD – Pathology
Dr. Yang received her medical degree from Henan Medical University in Zhengzhou, China. She then completed her residency at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and her fellowship in surgical pathology at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Alissa Ussery, DNP, APRN, FNP-C – Access Clinic
Alissa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing – Nurse Education from Angelo State University. She then earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Alissa is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, and has over 15 years of experience in intensive care, home health, hospice and emergency care settings.
