Train like a racer, no matter your experience level. HYROX classes combine functional strength, endurance, and conditioning in a high-energy group setting designed to build real performance. Expect running or cardio intervals paired with strength movements like sled work, lunges, carries, rowing, and bodyweight challenges. Each class is scalable, coach-led, and focused on helping you move better, get stronger, and build race-ready fitness. Whether you’re training for a HYROX event or just want a challenging, purpose-driven workout, this class will push you, and the community will pull you through.
