Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LESMILLS™ group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness.

LesMills GRIT

(30 min.) This class features one of three high-intensity-interval-training classes to give you ultimate results in minimum time. (Strength, Athletic or Cardio) GRIT is not recommended for expecting mothers, the injured or those with joint issues.

LesMills Tone

(30 or 45 min.) A challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. A complete workout!


(30/45/60 min.) challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercise like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!


(60 mins.) A non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay-Thai and Tai Chi. Each class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating and stress-busting exercise experience which delivers ultra-fast results.

LesMills Virtual Classes

Barre - A modern version of classic balletic training designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the day.

BODYATTACK - High-energy fitness class with a combination of athletic movements and strength exercises.

BODYBALANCE - Yoga-based workout with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates set to music. It will improve your mind, body and life.

CORE - Core conditioning workout targeting all muscles around the core. A strong core makes us better at everything we do.

RPM - Cycling workout where you control the intensity. Dial up the challenge factor to match your fitness level.
