Rehabilitation and Therapy

Shannon Medical Center Big Spring offers physical and occupational therapy services to treat a variety of conditions including joint-related pain, restore function following surgery or injury, or increase mobility and function.

Our treatment plan incorporates a team approach to help meet individual patients’ needs and we work with patients and their families to set goals and provide input on care. Treatment incorporates a variety of methods, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, hydrotherapy and exercise.

• Post-operative rehabilitation

Rehabilitation services at are located on the first floor of the hospital and are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
