Group Exercise

Our Group Exercise program provides safe, effective and enjoyable workouts in a clean, caring and comfortable atmosphere. We are dedicated to continuing education and adherence to the highest standards of professionalism in the fitness industry.

Class Schedule Virtual Class Schedule

Our program includes all aspects of fitness. With over 70 classes offered weekly, we can help you achieve a variety of fitness goals. Our classes encompass the three components of fitness: cardiovascular, strength and flexibility.

Shannon Health Club offers the most extensive aquatics program in the area. Our classes are designed for everyone, from those with physical limitations to those who are physically fit.

Our exercise instructors are nationally certified in group exercise and properly trained in CPR/AED. Our specialty instructors have further certifications in their individual fields.

During inclement weather, our classes at the Shannon Health Club will follow the SAISD delay that is issued. Therefore, if SAISD is delayed until 10:00am, then only the classes that start after 10:00am will be held.

LesMills™ Classes

Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, LESMILLS™ group fitness classes make you fall in love with fitness. We offer: BodyPump™, BodyCombat™, BodyFlow™, Tone™, Grit™, and CXWORX™

Cycling

Indoor cycling is a great cardio exercise — for everyone, at any age and every level of fitness. Our classes feature Keiser M3 indoor bikes.

Cycling is a great option for outdoor cyclists during the off-season or when time constraints make outdoor riding impossible. For runners, cycling is a great cross-training option.

We offer: PowerRide45, HIIT Blast, LesMills™ Sprint, and PowerRide/Yoga

Yoga

Yoga is designed to increase strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

We offer: Yoga Basics, Ivengar Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Mat Pilates.
