Just because your kids come first, doesn’t mean your health & fitness has to come last. That’s why Shannon Health Club offers a childcare area where your kids can hang out while you achieve your fitness goals. Regardless of your membership type, our Nursery facility is open to children ages 6 months to 11 years of age.

Our qualified and caring Nursery staff offer a supervised environment where your young ones can play while you exercise. All of our Nursery staff are CPR and AED certified.

All children in our Nursery facility must be the legal dependent of a member or guest. Please refer to our Nursery Rules & Policies which have been established for the benefit and safety of your child.

Nursery Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – noon
Sunday: 3 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
