1/4 cup light cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup salsa
4 slices smoked deli turkey
1/2 cup spinach leaves, rinsed under running water
4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and salsa. Spread the mixture evenly over tortillas.
- Places slices of turkey evenly over tortillas.
- Top with thin layer of spinach, being sure to cover all areas.
- Roll up and chill at least 1 hour.
- Slice into 1 inch pieces and enjoy.
