Homemade Lunchables

Reduced fat Ritz crackers
2% cheddar cheese slices
Several slices of Canadian bacon or deli turkey, cut in fourths
Grapes, or other seasonal fruit
Individual yogurt or Gogurt (optional)
Single Oreo or other treat of choice


  1. Using a small cookie cutter, cut deli meat and cheese into a round cracker shape (or, if you're in a hurry, slice into small squares).
  2. In a divided re-usable container, stack crackers, cheese rounds and meat rounds.
  3. Add fruit and your special treat.

Be sure to mix up the types of crackers, cheese and meat. The possibilities are endless!
