Shannon established this program to help ensure the future of quality healthcare for the Concho Valley.

The education assistance program covers 100% tuition, books & fees. It is paid directly to the educational institution by Shannon.

Upon graduation or completion of educational program, the recipient must maintain full-time, continuous employment for entire obligation period in career field at Shannon.

Qualifying Clinical Professions include:

Registered Nurse (RN)
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Physical Therapy (PT)
Occupational Therapy (OT)
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Registered/Certified Medical Assistant (R/CMA)
Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Radiology Tech
Ultrasound Tech
Certified Surgical Tech (CST)
EMT/Paramedic
Pharmacy Tech
Phlebotomy
Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technologist (MT/MLT)
