Lifeline is a personal response service that gives seniors immediate access to assistance whenever it is needed. By simply pressing the personal help button worn around the neck or wrist, a Lifeline subscriber is instantly connected to a professional monitor who will assess the caller’s need and respond appropriately, whether by calling a loved one, a neighbor or emergency services.

For patients who qualify, Lifeline will be provided by Shannon Home Health Services for the duration of the patient’s services. Upon dismissal from Shannon Home Health, patients have the option to continue the Lifeline service at the regular monthly fee or return the unit to Shannon Home Health Services.
